ReboundLeads ("we," "our," or "us") is a lead reactivation service that provides automated follow-up messaging on behalf of local service businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.
We collect and process the following categories of information on behalf of our business clients: name, phone number, email address (when provided), and message content exchanged during the course of service-related conversations. This information is provided to us by our business clients who have an existing relationship with the individuals being contacted.
We use the information we collect solely for the purpose of providing follow-up messaging services on behalf of our business clients. This includes sending service-related text messages, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication between the business and its customers. We do not use this information for our own marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the following parties solely to provide our services: the business client on whose behalf we are sending messages, and our messaging infrastructure provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering text messages. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. All data is stored on secure, privately hosted infrastructure. Message transmission is encrypted in transit. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services to our business clients. Upon termination of a client relationship, we delete all associated lead data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
If you have received a text message from a business using our service, you have the right to opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Messages are sent to individuals who have previously provided their contact information to one of our business clients by requesting a service estimate, filling out a contact form, or otherwise expressing interest in the business's services. By providing your phone number to a business that uses our platform, you consent to receiving follow-up communications regarding the services you inquired about.
