ReboundLeads Customer Follow-Up Messaging Program
ReboundLeads provides automated follow-up text messaging services on behalf of local service businesses. When you provide your phone number to a participating business by requesting a service estimate, filling out a contact form, or otherwise expressing interest in their services, you may receive follow-up text messages regarding the services you inquired about. Messages may include service follow-ups, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, and customer care responses.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive up to 10 messages per month from a participating business. Message frequency may increase during active appointment scheduling conversations.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, you may contact the business directly.
For help or support, reply HELP to any message you receive. You may also contact us directly at major@reboundleads.com for assistance.
By providing your phone number to a participating business, you consent to receive automated follow-up text messages from that business through the ReboundLeads platform. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time as described above.
Messages are sent via major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
